Welcome to vervet gene expression atlas project at UCLA!
Samples from 25 different brain regions along with 15 different body parts was prepared as described in
materials section, and hybridized to Affymetrix HG-U133-2.0 arrays. Tissue samples were collected from 8
different animals, 4 males and all 4 females. Age of animals varied from (x-x)months. Totally XXX
independently prepared samples was hybridized. Detailed information of all samples is provided here.
